Cancellation of the whole group at no charge is possible up to one week before the concert. After this time, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
Groups of more than 20 people may change the exact number of people attending by 12:00pm on the day of the concert.
Cancellations after this time will be charged at the full price.
All bookings and changes to them must be made in writing.
