Special Concerts

On the 8th, 12th and 17th August 2011 the Vienna Residence Orchestra will play a 16-piece special concert, directed by Prof. Christian Pollack at 8.15 p.m. in the halls of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
In addition to popular highlights by W.A. Mozart and Johann Strauss, the third movement of Mozart’s Fagottkonzert will also be performed. Truly an occasion not to be missed!
Also, Christian Pollack’s adaptation of the final movement of Mahler’s 4th symphony will be performed for the very first time. We dedicate this 16-piece performance to our president, Sylvia Moser, for her birthday on 13th August. Anna Ryan will be the soloist.
