A completed order form with credit card information (number and expiration date), can be sent to Wiener Residenzorchester via e-mail or fax and authorises Wiener Residenzorchester to charge the total amount. An original signature is not required.
You will receive your booking confirmation within the following days by e-mail or fax. Please present your booking confirmation when picking up the tickets from the evening box office.

Confirmed tickets may only be returned after a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount.
